Industry 4.0 has swept the world like a storm, triggering strong repercussions from all walks of life. The concept of efficient, environmentally friendly and green development has become the consensus of everyone; how to improve the current production mode and enhance the efficiency of factories has become the focus of thinking and discussion in the whole society. How to change the printing, packaging and coating industry with a relatively low degree of informatization and automation to meet the challenges of development in the new era and build a smart factory? Today Jingjiang Printing found an article to share with you
The smart printing factory is based on the digital factory, using the Internet of Things technology and monitoring technology to strengthen information management services, improve the controllability of the production process, reduce the manual intervention of the production line, and reasonably plan production. At the same time, it integrates emerging technologies such as preliminary intelligent means and intelligent systems to build an efficient, energy-saving, green, environmentally friendly and comfortable humanized chemical factory. The author believes that the construction of intelligent printing factories needs to start from the following four aspects.
Reasonable production layout
For a printing factory, a reasonable production layout is to make a "U"-shaped layout of equipment, materials and logistics according to the production process flow, which can reduce unnecessary logistics crossing, achieve the best material circulation effect, and make the production process more efficient. smooth. However, there are more elements that should be considered in the production layout of a smart factory:
1. At the equipment level, under the requirements of national policies, environmental protection equipment is indispensable, so the discharge equipment (printing compound, etc.) should be arranged as centrally as possible, and the reasonable location of the environmental protection equipment should be comprehensively considered according to the layout of its exhaust ducts;
2. Warehousing system, the warehousing of the smart factory will definitely introduce a three-dimensional warehouse, which has a large inventory, high space utilization and a high degree of automation, and can be automatically connected with the logistics system. When planning the form and location of the three-dimensional warehouse, it is necessary to fully consider the requirements of the production process. For example, the soft package and coating workshop are divided into clean and unclean, then the three-dimensional warehouse needs to be designed in the two areas, and the three-dimensional warehouse in the workshop is only used for Temporary turnover cache of materials, the value can be small, but the location must be very particular, which is convenient for most work sections to pick up and feed materials; aluminum foil and cured coil materials cannot touch the tray, and need to be hung in the air, so that the minimum unit volume becomes larger, it needs to be arranged more Roadway (stacker)...
3. Logistics system, the logistics system of the smart factory is to realize the automatic pulling of all materials in the workshop, mainly including AGV (automatic guided transport vehicle), hoist, conveying platform, etc. The channel for AGV operation is wider than the channel for manual logistics , Different forms of AGV operating channels are not nearly the same, so in logistics planning, it is necessary to select the appropriate model according to the actual situation (the size of the existing workshop, logistics specifications, etc.) to determine the size of the logistics channel. For example, the piggyback AGV developed by Shaanxi Beiren has less requirements on the passage, while the space required by the forklift AGV is relatively large. If the workshop is across floors, it is necessary to consider arranging elevators; automatic packaging production lines will introduce conveyor platforms, palletizing robots, etc.
4. Intelligent supporting systems, intelligent supporting systems involved in smart factories, such as automatic loading and unloading devices, intelligent visual turning robots, intelligent curing systems, automatic weighing devices, and intelligent packaging production lines, need to be considered within the scope of the layout. The weighing device needs to be reasonably designed in the logistics route, and the curing system should be added after the compounding section and before the bag-making section...
The production layout of a smart factory requires a new consideration of the entire workshop and space, and ultimately rational distribution of all-round production elements. This is the basic construction of a smart factory and plays an important role in its smooth operation in the later stage.
digital, networked
Workshop digitization is the basic condition for smart factories. Only by digitizing workshop production information can it be automatically collected by the collection system, gradually accumulating big data, and laying a solid foundation for production analysis. Workshop digitization is to give personnel, materials, and order work order coding information, which can automatically collect information such as equipment status, process parameters, workshop environment, and energy consumption, and store the data through the network system.
